• All sales are final.
  • If notice is received at the company’s email address or texted to owner’s mobile phone number within one business day (weekdays except federal holidays), order cancellation is permitted. Any notice received after that day requires a 40% restocking/cancellation charge.
  • A minimum good-faith deposit of at least 50% is required to place an order. (A higher amount might be required, depending upon the type of product and/or special circumstances.)
  • Payment in full is due upon completion of install.
  • All installations are final. After that, any change to products will require an additional fee, to be paid in full before order for revised product is placed.
  • Company does not clean glass or remove manufacturer stickers, in case a code compliance inspection is made.
  • Will haul away all debris directly related to installation.
  • No painting or staining unless specifically contracted as an extra service for a fee.
  • Customer is responsible for fully performing any functions specified by manufacturer for all sides of products installed (e.g., sealing, staining, etc.). Failure to fulfill such requirements voids all warranties, including installation.
  • Fees to repair any cosmetic or structural damage discovered during installation will be negotiated and charged for before completion of installation.
  • Not responsible for connection of security system.
  • Not responsible for removal or replacement of any window dressings (including but not limited to shutters, blinds, valances, shades, curtains, etc.)
  • All furniture and/or breakable or decorative items must be moved away from work area and covered for dust before installer arrives.
  • Pets, children and/or others must be kept away from work area. Company is not responsible for injury that might result from failure to follow this important requirement. Customer is hereby warned that sharp or potentially dangerous tools are often in use.
  • Glass breakage will be cleaned up to the best of our ability. However, property owner ultimately holds responsibility for injuries that occur on-site.
